Weight and measurement rules

Shipping fees are calculated based on either actual weight or dimensional weight, whichever is greater.

Dimensional weight (kg) = length (cm) x width (cm) x height (cm) / 6000.

Each standard parcel must not exceed 30kg. Parcels exceeding this limit must be registered for the heavy goods service and are quoted separately.

The weighing and measurement result at the operations center is the final basis for calculating the fee; any resulting difference will be notified to the sender.
