Delivery time commitments

End-to-end delivery time by route, and the cases excluded from the committed timeframe.

Within Vientiane: 1 business day. Inter-provincial: 2 to 4 business days depending on the route.

International orders: 5 to 10 business days, excluding customs clearance time in the destination country.

Public holidays, Sundays, and customs clearance waiting time are not counted toward the committed delivery time.

In the event of natural disasters, epidemics, or force majeure incidents, the end-to-end time is recalculated from when operations return to normal.
